Your Spa Therapist
I'm Amber, a holistic bodywork practitioner and the founder of Löfte Massage. I hold a 700+ hour Diploma in Holistic Bodywork from the Vancouver School of Healing Arts, where I focused on human sciences, manual techniques, and integrative healing practices.
This foundation allows me to create intuitive, thoughtful treatments that help release tension, restore flow, and support your overall well-being. I am also certified in Reiki Levels I & II.
As part of my commitment to ongoing growth, I am currently expanding my training to include Registered Massage Therapy and Aromatherapy, continually exploring new ways to support balance, healing, and holistic wellness.
At Löfte, each session is designed with care, promoting deep relaxation, reducing stress, and supporting the nervous system. My approach blends skill, presence, and compassion to help you feel grounded, renewed, and deeply connected within your body.
I look forward to meeting you soon.
Our Commitment to You
At Löfte, your well-being is our priority. We believe in creating a nurturing space where all bodies are welcome to unwind and reconnect. We proudly work with everyone and our focus is on understanding your unique needs and providing personalized care that truly makes a difference.
FAQ
Your questions answered
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. If you’re a new client we recommend arriving closer to 10 minutes early so we can get you acquainted with the room and discuss any questions and preferences before your session begins.
How is privacy maintained?
Before your session begins your therapist will step out of the room so you can undress and settle onto the massage table. A soft sheet will be provided for you to cover yourself, and your therapist will knock before coming back into the room. Respectful draping of the sheet will be provided at all times for your modesty and comfort.
Please undress to whatever level feels right for you, undergarmets may be kept on or taken off. For oil-based massage, some items of clothing are best removed for effective contact — but this is entirely your choice. If you prefer to remain partially or fully clothed please let us know in the booking notes. Your session will always be adapted to suit your needs and comfort.
How to leave?
After the massage you are free to take your time (up to 30 min.) to relax, refresh and get dressed. Please open the door to the office when you are ready to leave and your Spa Therapist will see you out.
What is available in the space?
Low-level lighting, quiet music, and a table warmer are provided to keep you comfortable throughout your appointment. Water and a private washroom facility is available for your convenience.
What is a Relaxation Massage?
Löfte Massage offers soothing, non-therapeutic (non-RMT) treatments designed to ease stress and promote a sense of calm. Gentle pressure, slow pacing, and organic natural oils support deep-relaxation and a quiet mind.
Ideal for those seeking rest, nervous-system support, or gentle self-care.
What it is not, Relaxation massage differs from a therapeutic or clinical massage (often provided by a RMT or other regulated health professional), which may include assessment, targeted treatment for specific conditions, or techniques designed to address injuries or chronic pain, Relaxation massage by a bodyworker is not eligible to be covered by your insurance provider.
